Call the Patterson Technology Center at 800.475.5036, press “0” and ask to speak to the Change of Ownership team. The call center is available from 8 AM to 5 PM CST, however, appointments can be made outside of these hours if it is more convenient for your office.

Be Proactive

To avoid delays, reach out to the PTC a few weeks before the Change of Ownership effective date.

Pre-work for Equipment Sales

If you are selling only a piece of equipment, such as an intraoral sensor, CAD/CAM scanner or a CEREC unit, contact Patterson so the purchaser can have service and replacements on their new equipment. You can sign the paperwork ahead of time, even if you don’t know the buyer. Then, when they contact Patterson, the information is on file and the next steps can take place!

Expect a Phone Call for Equipment Inventory

If you are selling equipment with your practice, we will assist with completing inventory of digital X-ray, panoramic and cephalometric units, intraoral cameras, X-ray heads, Sirona 3D, and CEREC equipment. We are happy to make an appointment at a time that best suits you.
