Retrax® Gel FS is a 15.5% ferric sulfate topical hemostatic gel used to provide lubrication that makes cord packing easier. The lubricating action allows the cord to glide into the sulcus, resulting in less force needed while packing and less chance of damaging the periodontal ligament.
