Patterson Advantage: Terms and Conditions

Advantage dollars can only be redeemed towards qualifying purchases excluding applicable tax and shipping fees. Advantage reward dollars can be redeemed toward a qualifying purchase for a period of 60 days from when the item is invoiced. Redeemed Advantage dollars will appear on your account statement as an Advantage credit. Advantage dollars expire on December 31 of the year after they were earned (example: Advantage dollars earned in 2022 expire on December 31, 2023). If, by the end of the calendar year, you do not meet the minimum $15,000.00 annual Advantage Goal for the Emerald program, you will be placed in the Preferred tier and you will forfeit your Advantage dollars. Also, if your account with Patterson becomes delinquent, then you will forfeit your Advantage dollars. Advantage dollars earned in the Preferred enrollment must achieve a threshold spend of $15,000.00 to redeem Advantage dollars and if the $15,000.00 minimum annual spend Advantage Goal is not reached, the earned Advantage dollars will expire at the end of that calendar year. If the minimum annual spend is reached, the earned Advantage dollars during the Preferred enrollment calendar year will expire on December 31 of the next year. Customers in Emerald, Sapphire, and Diamond tiers that do not meet the minimum qualifying spend by the end of the calendar year will be placed in the appropriate tier based on qualifying spend. Advantage dollars cannot be transferred or converted to cash. Advantage dollars will be applied as a discount towards qualifying purchases. Practices that accept reimbursement from Medicare, Medicaid, TriCare, or other governmental healthcare programs are not eligible to participate in the Advantage dollars program. Patterson reserves the right to change the program with a 30-day written notice.
