Online returns at Patterson Dental - Policy and how to

With online returns, you can return items directly from your online Patterson account, and then receive credit in 24 hours.

How it works:

1. Go to My Account > Returns
2. On the return screen, search for your invoice that lists the item(s) you want to return and click Add to Returns List.
3. You can choose items from multiple invoices by repeating the previous steps.
4. Once complete, click Create Return Label.
5. A United Parcel Service (UPS) shipping label will display along with a packing slip that lists the items you want to return.
6. Place the shipping label on the outside of your box and the packing slip inside with your items.

What items can I return from my Patterson Dental account?

    You can return nearly all of our merchandise through your online Patterson account. However, items such as equipment, teeth, and personalized items need to be returned to your local Patterson branch. When selecting items that you want to return, you will not be able to choose items that need to be brought to your branch.

    The condition of product being returned to the distribution center must meet the following guidelines:

    1. Patterson can not accept RX items due to licensing restrictions. Please contact your local branch to return an RX product.
    2. Do not return Hazmat items due to safety concerns. Please contact your local branch to return a Hazmat product.
    3. Item(s) must be in the original packaging.
    4. Item(s) should be returned in re-saleable condition.
    5. Item(s) with expiration dates should have more than 4 months left from the date of return.
    6. Items and/or kits must have original factory seal and cellophane wrappers.
    7. Product is to be carefully packed to avoid damage while in transit.

When will I receive credit from my returned merchandise?

    Once you have submitted items and created a return label, this action prompts a credit to your account 3-5 business days after shipment.
