How SAP will enhance your Patterson experience

Emailed invoices and account statements

Not only will you receive your invoices in the box, but you will also receive an email with your invoices and credits the moment they are generated. Rather than receiving your Patterson statement in the mail, it will conveniently be sent to one email address that you specify. This is a great way to go paperless and help the environment!

Embrace clarity with Patterson's new billing summary. With our new system, your statement billing transactions will provide clear and concise descriptions of the materials and services provided. This allows for a transparent and straightforward breakdown of your spending, all in a single account. Our new pay-by-invoice option lets you pay by each invoice instead of the statement balance. Managing your business finances has never been so streamlined!

Account consolidation

Customers with multiple accounts for the same clinic will be consolidated to serve you more efficiently. You will have one primary account for invoicing with the capability of receiving your orders at multiple clinic locations. With account consolidation, we’ll improve our service to you by confirming the warranty status on your equipment while we’re at your office. This accelerates parts ordering and delivery, and provides more efficient and accurate payment processing.

With SAP, accounts are based on locations for managing purchasing, shipping, and billing activities. You can structure your account for ordering or billing purposes that best fit your clinic's needs. For example, you can order under separate accounts while managing your billing under a single account, or you can choose to manage these individually.

Service improvements

With the migration to SAP, we are strengthening our ability to meet your repair and service needs. We will now send scheduling notifications via email and provide easy-to-read service invoices on the web. This means you’ll receive accurate service history and warranty information in real time!

Sustainability and security

At Patterson, we strive to minimize our overall impact on the environment. Investing in SAP gives us new ways to communicate with you, including moving to a paperless invoice process. We will email invoices and statements that are currently only provided through mail and product shipments.

A paperless approach also offers a higher level of security for your data and allows you to access your information from anywhere at any time.

Returns process

We have streamlined returns for your convenience. Experience a quicker turnaround time when crediting your account. Simply request a return label and a return form from your branch, sign the form, and drop it off at your nearest Purolator location.

Note - in line with Health Canada regulations, our sales representatives are unable to physically handle controlled substances such as prescription items. To avoid delays in your regulated product orders we are requesting your license information to verify our records are up to date as the new system will handle this validation automatically at the time of order.
