Diamond Discs – Key-Flex Discs, 1/Pkg - NATIONAL KEYSTONE PROD

Flexis Diamond Discs are flexible, versatile textile discs with strategically placed patches of diamonds. They are perfect for forming crown edges and reducing crown borders to the correct size before porcelain firing. The discs also work well for constructing and shaping acrylic and ceramic surfaces and are a great finisher of interdental areas with bridges. The ideal speed for Flexis Diamond Discs is between 8000-10,000 rpm. The discs are not to be used for separating and are available in 4 grits.

Key-Flex Discs are made of stainless steel with diamond particles. They are easy, smooth cutting discs that last a long time and are available in 3 different styles: Key-Flex Thin, Key-Flex Super and Key-Flex Micro.

  • Flexis Diamond Discs in packages of 8 (with 1 mandrel) in coarse, medium, fine, x-fine and assortment (4 grits plus 1 mandrel)
  • Key-Flex Discs in 3 styles and sizes: Key-Flex Thin – 0.3 mm thickness, 7/8" (22.2 mm) diameter, single-side; Key-Flex Super – 0.3 mm thickness, 7/8" (22.2 mm) diameter, double-sided 1/8" (3.1 mm) band; and Key-Flex Micro – 0.2 mm thickness, 7/8" (22.2 mm) diameter, double-sided 1/8" (3.1 mm) band
