Payment options made easy

Pay online or by phone at the time of your purchase or on net terms

Set up your account
When you set up your account, you can make an immediate payment or you can establish an Open Invoice Account or a Statement Pay Account.
 

  • Open Invoice Accounts have net 30 terms, and you make payments against specific invoices
  • Statement Pay Accounts have net terms, display the current invoices on your statement, and carry the past open invoices from your previous balance if applicable. Select statement payments are due date either the 1st or 15th of the month.

 

Access statement and invoices
 

  • Select how you want to gain access to your invoices or statements. You can easily view your statements, invoices and payment history online
  • Set up mail or e-delivery to your email address
 

Set up payment options
When setting up your account, you can choose between payment types such as:
 

  • Bank account, ACH, debit card (bank account), virtual card and wire transfer
  • Credit card [link]
  • AutoPay, which:
    • Automatically deducts your monthly statement balance using your chosen payment type
    • Saves time and money with scheduled payments to help you avoid late fees and spend less time paying bills
    • Enroll in AutoPay by contacting the Patterson Financial Shared Services team
  • Online bill pay to: 
    • View invoices, statements and payment history 
    • Pay by statement or invoice
    • Cancel a payment, or add or change a payment type
  • Pay by phone through Patterson Financial Shared Services at 866.784.8662
