Vilet™ PGLA Absorbable Braided Sutures are sterile, synthetic sutures used for soft tissue approximation or ligation.

  • Composed of a 90% glycolide and 10% L-lactide copolymer (PGLA)
  • Coated with calcium stearate and 30:70 poly(glycolide-co-L-lactide)
  • High tensile strength during critical healing period
  • Smooth tissue passage for excellent handling
  • Exceptional knot security and tie down
  • Absorbs entirely between 90 and 100 days
  • Meets or exceeds the USP and EP requirements
