GingiKnit+ with 10% aluminum potassium sulfate is a knitted retraction yarn constructed of tiny, absorbent loops knitted in long, interlocking chains. This retraction cord conforms to sulcular anatomy with gentle, outward force and cuts clean if touched by a high-speed cutting instrument.
