CEREC SpeedFire is capable of sintering a full-contour zirconia crown in 10 to 15 minutes, dependent upon size and volume. Designed for seamless integration into the CEREC workflow, the CEREC SpeedFire allows you to offer patients the strength of zirconia in a single visit. Simply design and mill restorations as usual, then sinter with CEREC SpeedFire. Finish with CEREC SpeedGlaze spray and the restoration is ready to seat.

  • Sinter and glaze a full-contour zirconia crown with CEREC SpeedFire
  • Follow a simple workflow to create zirconia restorations in 70 minutes
  • Use a more durable, more cost-effective material to create stronger restorations
Compatible with conventional cements – no bonding required
Finished CEREC zirconia restorations can be seated with conventional cements. That includes glass ionomer cements and resin cements – even popular products like Ivoclar Vivadent Monobond Plus and SpeedCEM, Doxa Ceramir, 3M RelyX and Dentsply Calibra.

Minimally invasive
Requiring less reduction in tooth structure and a lower wall thickness, full contour restorations with zirconia provide ultimate strength and tooth preservation.

Perfect Fit
A pre-sintered state that's 25% larger leads to extremely precise margins and occlusal surfaces.

Efficient and simple workflow
Just 4 steps to a full contour zirconium oxide restoration: scan, design, mill, sinter and glaze.
