Technical Service Advantages:
Priority Scheduling: Whenever possible, your technical service request is placed before non-member requests. Contact your local service department with any questions at 800-873-7683.
24-Hour Guaranteed Response Time On Service Calls: A Patterson service technician will respond to your service call within 24 hours or the labor charge is free. Available to Platinum and Diamond members only.
Four-Hour Guaranteed Emergency Response Time: If you are not able to see patients because your compressor or vacuum pump is inoperable, a Patterson service technician will respond within four business hours guaranteed – or the labor service call is free.
Technical Service Labor Savings: Your invoice will reflect a savings of up to 20% on the labor fees based on your Advantage level at the time of service.
Labor Warranty: Receive coverage on your new equipment purchased through Patterson (excluding film processors, handpieces and Patterson hardware). The total labor warranty ranges from three to 18 months based on your Advantage level at the time of purchase.
Rental Equipment: Receive temporary replacement equipment while your repairs are completed on vacuum pumps, air compressors, autoclaves and Statims. No charge for Platinum and Diamond members.
Patterson Advantage Promise: If you’re not completely satisfied with the technical service you received, you determine what the service call is worth.

* Advantage Dollars:
- Advantage Dollars can only be redeemed toward new equipment and technology purchases of any amount.
- Advantage Dollars expire on December 31 of the year after they were earned. Example: Advantage Dollars earned in 2010 will expire on December 31, 2011.
- Advantage Dollars will be forfeited if your supply or financing account becomes delinquent.
- Advantage Dollars will be forfeited if you are no longer an Advantage member.
- Advantage Dollars cannot be earned on special rate financing promotions.
- Advantage Dollars cannot be earned on outside financing.
- Advantage Dollars cannot be transferred.
- Advantage Dollars cannot be converted for cash. Redemption of Advantage Dollars function as a discount on equipment and technology purchases.
